Lingua Custodia – the French Fintech Company specialised in AI applied to Financial Translation – opens its first international branch in Luxembourg

Paris, 3 October 2019 – Following the completion of a €1.1M fundraising operation in July (see previous Press Release), Lingua Custodia is delighted to announce the opening of its Luxembourg branch.

Lingua Custodia Luxembourg becomes the backbone of Lingua Custodia business development for the European markets with the ongoing recruitment of a multilingual sales team. The official opening of this new office, housed at the LHoFT (Luxembourg House of Financial Technologies), will take place on Thursday 10 October at 6pm.

Frédéric Moioli joined us on September 1^st as Managing Director for the new company and he will lead our global business development. He has more than 15 years of B2B International Sales experience, with a strong focus on the financial industry. He has always been based in Luxembourg. His previous role was Key Account Manager for the financial department at GFI Informatique. He is fluent in French, English and Italian.

The other objective of raising funds in July was to invest in Marketing and Customer Servicing tools to support the overall business growth plan. The company has already adopted a brand new logo, graphics chart and website.

The Fintech company builds machine translation engines specifically designed for the financial industry and specialised by type of document/linguistic sub-domain. The aim is twofold:  cater to the full spectrum of industry needs and achieve a superior translation quality thanks to highly domain-focused deep learning algorithms.
