Almost two months after winning the Fintech Solution of the Year Award at the European Finance Summit, Olivier Debeugny, Founding CEO of Lingua Custodia, tells us more about the mission and ambitions of his company. We also discussed the main advantages of Artificial Intelligence.
We are the unique Fintech company, founded by former asset management professionals, applying Artificial Intelligence to Financial Translations. We build machine translation engines specifically designed for the financial industry. The aim is twofold: achieve a superior translation quality thanks to highly domain-focused deep learning algorithms and help financial institutions to communicate rapidly with their clients whatever their native language may be. A precious added value under crisis time like the one we are unfortunately all going through.
We have a detailed understanding of technology, language and client needs: both our financial language database and our AI expertise enable us to offer an innovative approach through automation and optimisation of translation processes. We offer a plug-and-play solution that can be accessed in a secured manner through a web-based interface, available wherever our clients are 7/7 24/24. In a few minutes, your document is being translated and reformatted. We are working as well with financial services companies to integrate our Machine Translation engines into their existing process.
We are a team of 20 people based in Paris and Luxembourg. AI-oriented but human DNA first! Researchers, engineers, linguistic and finance experts all committed to help our clients to focus on where they add value.
Luxembourg multilingual sales team, headed by Frédéric Moioli, is the backbone of Lingua Custodia business development primarily focused on Europe. But our ambition is to become as international as the global financial companies who are our clients and scale our international business development capabilities.
Pursue investments in R&D, focus on added value for our clients and become the leader of the industry!
